Arrived early for a meeting so explored the area and saw this sign.

What a great reminder to start the day and make you think…I love meeting with new prospects, identifying challenges and development areas and working together on a plan of action that generates value and benefits for both the organisation and the participants that attend.

As a facilitator/trainer I have a sneaky feeling that participants do not realise the amount of sales meetings and work that sits behind the workshop they’re attending!

We are all in sales, meetings help ‘sharpen the saw’ and in many cases provide the stories and backgrounds that make sales training workshops come alive!
